Community Pool
Heated outdoor pool with lap lanes and a shallow end for little ones. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Hours: 8am–8pm daily in season. Key fob access for residents in good standing.
Foothills Trail Loop
Three miles of maintained gravel trail connecting to the St. Vrain Greenway, with front-range views the whole way.
Dogs on leash. Trail map available under Documents.
Clubhouse
A 120-person clubhouse with full kitchen, reservable by residents for private events.
Reserve through the board. $75 refundable deposit; free for community groups.
Quail Park & Playground
Shaded playground, picnic shelters, and an open field that hosts the summer concert series.
Open dawn to dusk. Shelters are first-come, first-served except during posted events.
Pickleball & Tennis Courts
Two pickleball courts and one tennis court, resurfaced in 2025.
First-come, first-served; 1-hour limit when others are waiting. Lights off at 9pm.
Community Garden
Twenty-four raised beds with drip irrigation on the east edge of Quail Park.
Bed assignments open each February; $25/season covers water and compost.
Your board
Five resident volunteers, elected at the annual meeting. They live here too — say hi on the trail.
