Street seal-coating August 17–19 — parking and access plan
Front Range Asphalt will seal-coat all community-maintained streets over three days in August. Work runs 7am–5pm each day, one zone at a time:

What you need to do:
- Move vehicles off the street in your zone by 7am on your zone’s day.
- Driveways will be blocked while your street section cures, generally 4–6 hours; crews will knock before starting your block.
- Trash pickup for Zone 2 shifts to Wednesday that week.
Zone maps will be posted at the mail kiosks and emailed the week before. Rain dates are August 24–26.
